After 10 years, on a quiet night in Paris, Ben finally popped the question and Tracy said "Yes". Some say he must have been drunk to ask - some say she must have been drunk to accept. Either way, it's done now so we have to go through
We will be tying the knot at the Registry Office in Edinburgh on the 1st of August 2020, and we'd love you to come help us celebrate afterwords.
We will be hosting a Roaring Twenties themed party at The Devil's Cut, a wonderfully Speakeasy-esque basement venue in the West End. Located below the Angel's Share Hotel, it has it's own private entrace from Hope Street Lane*.
Things will be kicking off at 7pm, with live music, dancing, one or two surprises and there will be plenty of 'tea' on offer.
*Although it is a basement venue with stairs to access, there is a lift available should you require it.

Simply put - there is no dress code. Wear whatever you like - relax, enjoy yourself. Shorts and a t-shirt? Go for it! Leather kilt? By all means!
However... if you're up for dressing up in a '20s inspired outfit, please do. We'll be decorating the venue as a Speakeasy, so feel free to help us set the scene. Flappers, gangsters, dapper cads... go wild!
Anything that would be right at home before they invented colour ('20s to '40s) is encouraged, whether your inspiration is Greta Garbo, Humphrey Bogart or Audrey Heburn. Think elegance, decadence and style.
Whatever you want to wear, you'll be most welcome.
If you can't make it along, you can still join in! This Gallery will go live at 7pm on the 1st of August and will update with pictures from the venue thoughout the night.
Please let us know if you can make it and we'll send you further details, including the secret knock to gain entry to the speakeasy. Remember - if you're not on the list, you're not coming in.
